so, these lucky people have managed to find a piece of land to build themselves a little home of their own. Maybe they managed to not pay $200,000 for their minimal feet of earth. for the kind of prices their asking for, it seems like people in philadelphia feel as though their soil is laced with gold that yields an unlimited amount of money trees, but nevertheless, i decided that i'm going to document the progression of this house, so lets see how it goes.
